Worth your time and effort The opening video was really well-executed, well-paced and visually high quality. Our instructor,Ms.Gracie, was kind, totally knowledgeable and extremely helpful, especially during the hands-on training. The training was really useful and gave us the confidence to continue to practice at home. Without previous medical knowledge, I flunked the first pass at paper-and-pencil testing, but easily passed the second time which occurred a few minutes after. Be prepared with a water bottle! It’s a great experience and I’ll definitely recertify here again in 2 years!
