Terrible. I needed an in-person healthcare provider CPR card as part of a pre-hire requirement. I booked a class and then the day of class I received a text and email saying class was cancelled. I was offered new dates but they were too far out; I had to scramble to find another place because I needed that card now, not a week from now. So I emailed main office and all they would offer me is new dates. What don't you get? I needed this for a job. And I literally had to have this or I can not start working for them. So I'm out $60+ . Way to treat nurses! I'll make sure none of my nurse friends use this company for recerts.
