Do not buy glasses from this company!!! Do not buy glasses from this company!!! Prices are low but you get what you pay for. I ordered a pair of glasses. Apparently they were on back order but that was not clear when I submitted the order. It took a while to figure out what was going on. Communication was very poor. It ended up taking a month to get my glasses. When I received them the frames were all stretched out and unwearable. The arms were so messed up they were at least an inch too wide on both sides. They could not be adjusted to fit my head. Either someone damage them or they had been sold to someone with a really big head and then returned. I don't know. I attempted to contact the company via phone. I was hung up on several times. Finally spoke with someone who was very rude and lacked any empathy. She just said 'return them'. I attempted to get a return label and it said on the website that my return window had closed. The the date it closed was prior to the date I returned the item. I was furious. I made a complaint on BBB. EZ contacts responded by saying that they had resolved my issue. Lies!! Now I don't know what to do because I feel like if I send back the item, I will never get my money back. This company is so shady!
